My name is Heidi Grimwood, and my relationship with my body began long before my career did. I was an obese child, and I learned early how it feels when clothes, mirrors and other people’s comments decide how you see yourself. At 13, I found health and wellness, and it changed everything. It wasn’t about shrinking myself. It was about discovering what my body could do and how good it could feel. That was where my journey began, and it has shaped every chapter since.

I have spent 30 years in spa and wellness across the Global stage, and today I serve as Senior Vice President of Spa and Wellness. I am a member of the Forbes Business Council, author of Accelerate Your Spa Business, and a speaker on wellness at international summits.
